What Calvoara is

Calvoara is a podcast editing and short-form repurposing service. You send us raw episodes; we edit them and cut them into short-form clips for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, delivered through your client portal.

Plans & billing

Pilot. A one-time purchase of $500 (USD) covering one episode edit of up to 60 minutes, 10 captioned short-form clips, a title for each clip, and one round of revisions. It does not renew and carries no ongoing commitment.

Guest Plan. $600 (USD) per month. Includes up to 2 existing interview or podcast appearances per month, from which we produce 12 captioned short-form clips with titles and one round of revisions. You provide links or files for content you have the right to repurpose.

Standard. $1,500 (USD) per month. Includes up to 4 episodes of up to 60 minutes each, 22 captioned clips, and show notes and titles for each episode. Additional episodes are $300 each and include 5 clips.

Premium. $2,750 (USD) per month. Includes everything in Standard with 30 clips per month, posting and scheduling on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn, a monthly strategy call, and a monthly performance report.

Enterprise. Custom-quoted from $5,000 (USD) per month. Scope, turnaround and review workflow are agreed in writing before work begins.

Monthly plans are billed in advance each billing cycle and are month-to-month: you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Your content stays yours

You own your raw episodes and everything we deliver back to you. By uploading an episode, you grant Calvoara a limited license to store, edit, and process that file solely to produce and deliver your clips — nothing more. You confirm that you own, or have permission to repurpose, the content you submit, including interviews or episodes originally published on another party's show. We edit and deliver clips for your use and do not claim ownership of your content. You're also responsible for any guests or third-party material in what you submit.

Turnaround & revisions

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from upload to delivery. Every delivery includes one round of revisions on the clip selection and captions, requested through your portal.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time; you'll keep access through the end of the billing cycle you've already paid for, and no further charges will be made. The Pilot one-time fee is non-refundable once we've started editing your episode.

Acceptable use

Don't submit content you don't have the rights to, or content that's illegal, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights. We reserve the right to decline or stop work on an episode that violates this.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated to active clients before they take effect.
